RICHARD PERKINS
Rich began his golfing career as the first assistant at Etchinghill Golf back in May 1995.
He qualified as a Professional in 2002 and has subsequently continued to learn, gain knowledge and add qualifications to his CV.
Following on from Etchinghill Golf, Rich has worked as the Head Assistant at Littlestone Golf Club, Golf Operations at Princes, Head Professional at Walmer and Kingsdown Golf Club followed by becoming The Director of Golf at Kingsdown in 2020.
As a left handed Professional, Rich has an excellent coaching reputation, he is a specialist in short game coaching and also a certified putting instructor.
He also owns a Trackman launch monitor that can be used in any lesson to give accurate shot data.

BRYN HAMILTON
I first started playing golf at Etchinghill in 2019. Since then I have worked at a few local golf clubs and in 2023 I started working at Etchinghill Golf Trust.
In September 2024 I started my PGA training and took over all junior roll up classes as well as offering private lessons for juniors.
As of September 2025 I started my second year of training and have now started to offer private and group lessons for adults.

NICKI BALL
After a distinguished golf playing career and 20+ year teaching career in the classroom, the time is right to combine both.
I am hugely excited to be beginning my PGA qualification and learning from some top golf coaches here at Etchinghill.
My amateur golf career highlights involved multiple victories including Kent Championships , English Intermediate and Wentworth Scratch culminating in representing England in the home nations and ultimately Great Britain and Ireland in the Curtis Cup in 2004 .
More recently I have returned to the Kent fold being lucky enough to Player/Manager the Ladies 1st team to the County Finals this year.
Golf is a passion of mine and I feel very lucky to now be able to share my knowledge and inspire more people into the game and help more people enjoy growing their own game.
Golf is a simple game made complicated and I look forward to helping you keep it simple!
